Update Successful Direct image upload for comments

Level 6+ Poalrs can now directly submit images in comments with the new Upload button (blue icon) next to Submit - Preview - Cancel (in comment threads)

Uploaded images are automatically added as hyperlinks to the last comment text input area opened.

The major part of this new feature is that it automatically uploads your images to pic8 (which strips off all the EXIF metadata and GPS coordinates) and adds a fallback mirror on Poal in case Pic8 is acting gay (thanks to @picman).

I'm currently beta testing the PM box support and will update that part later.

I ironed out the bugs and uploaded image hyperlinks are now broadcasted at the right places.

It's still filling all the active text area if you have multiple tabs opened.

I'm fixing that now.
