Update Successful Direct image upload for comments

Level 6+ Poalrs can now directly submit images in comments with the new Upload button (blue icon) next to Submit - Preview - Cancel (in comment threads)

Uploaded images are automatically added as hyperlinks to the last comment text input area opened.

The major part of this new feature is that it automatically uploads your images to pic8 (which strips off all the EXIF metadata and GPS coordinates) and adds a fallback mirror on Poal in case Pic8 is acting gay (thanks to @picman).

I'm currently beta testing the PM box support and will update that part later.

I tried to add from my phone but wasn't able to get past where I select the image and I see it. It didn't seem like there was a button to move forward like submit or attach.

An UPLOAD button will show up at the bottom if your image is valid.

When the upload is successful, just tap/click the dark area to close the modal and you'll see your image hyperlink in the comment's text are field.
