Depends on your ISP.
Typically, most home internet connections don't have a dedicated IP address. They won't change much, but YMMV. I know the one I have won't change unless the MAC of the attached router or modem changes. I roll the MAC on the router around sometimes when I feel like the IP address I have is getting funny.
