On the original comment in the mail the bottom line has reply link delete block. I didn't see it at first either,it you reply to the original comment the next ones won't have it. Go into comment in your userarea and see if you can find the original comment that user made and it should be there or other peoples and see if you can see it. If not try your messages and see if you can find it.
