Fixed Upvote bug

When I try to upvote CarlosMatos comment it won't let me, but when I unclick the upvote arrow it goes to -1 as if downvoted, even though no downvote is recorded in comment's info section.

This is how it looks like on my end:

I think you did upvote while I was doing a little maintenance and restarted some services.

I'll fix that now.
