Yeah, sorta. When it's in the womb and there's also a male twin, then the female can get some of the blood of the male via the placenta and it messes it up.
So this masculinized female has to have a male twin, and it doesn't occur in humans. HansWormhat was just making this stuff up because he needs to believe trannys are common.
I keep asking him for evidence that this is a common thing and I have yet to see anything that isn't anecdotal
