EDIT: Issue on my end has been corrected. I had forgotten to check uMatrix in my preliminary troubleshooting and failed to notice that 'media' from pic8 was not being permitted for some reason. I had permitted that long ago, but something must have unexpectedly changed locally for me recently and 'media' was no longer being permitted in uMatrix despite still properly permitting 'CSS' and 'scripts'.

Sorry if this is a pic8 issue and not a poal issue and I should post this in that sub versus this one.

On desktop using Waterfox browser, upon swinging out the left sidebar and clicking on "Upload img to Pic8", the expanded section that used to be the upload form for Pic8 is now just a blank element.

The "div#picidiv" element should contain the "https://pic8.co/embed" upload form, but it is empty for me. However, loading that pic8 embed link directly in a new tab loads the upload form fine for me, it is just not embedding for me in the sidebar on poal.

I am not sure if this is an issue for me only that I will need to work to resolve, or if it is a uniform bug for all visitors regardless of browser used and then whether it is a poal or pic8 issue that I should have instead directed at @picman in the /s/pic8 sub if it is indeed an issue for more than just me on my end.

Thank you for checking. Sorry, I'm not too sharp today. I'm not sure on if you mean you do not see an issue at all on poal with the sidebar element being empty as well so it is something on my end, or if you mean the issue is present for you as well but that the issue does not seem to stem from something on the pic8 side of things?

It's opening fine here.

You must have an extension/plug-in that blocks JS/iFrame.

Thank you very much for looking at it and letting me know. I had tried some troubleshooting of disabling some likely extensions that might have been causing it before posting to see if it was something on my end, but it had remained blank. I was not thorough enough before and I'll now dig into it more extensively now that I know that it is definitely only a problem for me. Sorry for the false report.

I wonder if we can get pic8 enabled by default for everyone in uMatrix, i.e. on their master whitelist.

Everything seems to be working for me. The pic8 sidebar embed shows and all that stuff

Thank you very much for clarifying for me!
