Edit: make sure the archiving is completed before trying to submit it on poal.

When it will be archiving, the url will contain a “WIP” that will be removed when the task is completed.

It may be a temporary thing, I've noticed that site is very temperamental. It can just go wheeeeeeeee and not work for a while and then it does.

I’ve noticed the issue. I’ll wait til tomorrow and if they haven’t fixed it, I’ll update the title grabbing code.
