The up arrow is highlighted but the count doesn't go up.
at first i thought it just took awhile to show but i've seen some posts that i up voted several days later it and it doesn't show that i up voted it. it allows me up vote it again. of course, up voting again still doesn't work.
i then thought it might be my browser. i'm using old school waterfox classic. however i tried a nwo browser (edge) and it has the same problem. i won't install chrome on my home computer but my computer i use at work has chrome and it doesn't work on that browser either.
i then thought it might have something to do with the fact that i'm a rookie on here. i've only made one post in s/introductions so far, but i don't see anywhere that states that i have to be a certain level to up vote posts/comments.
i am allowing javascript and cookies for this site.
