3rd Party Issue Please fix the mute button.

The hide button option (the eye with the slash through it) is broke. It won't keep the post I select muted. It reappears in my feed. Even in private tab mode.

Does a post actually disappear when you click its "hide post" icon?

At first. But after you refresh or switch from hot,pop, and etc it reappears

Are you sure it isn't a duplicate? Many users have been reposting each-other, daily.

Try to hide a post and check your hidden posts page (sidebar in your profile) to see if it is actually hidden (showing up there).

I wonder if a new reply per post unhides by default?

You said it works in private mode, so there's something going on with your browser.

I can't reproduce your issue here at all, no matter the browser.

In Firefox, right click the tab and click mute which is the 3rd choice down, if you didn't know this already.

It has nothing to do with audio "muting".

What OP called mute is in fact "hide post".

Then block user or block sub could work also.

I just unblocked like 4 subs since without realizing I had there were like a hundred subs I had blocked over the few years here.

BTW where is the image upload section on the right, just used imgur since I couldn't find the stuff for uploading to the official image server for Poal.

You're getting off topic with this post.

The pic8 upload button is in the left sidebar (icon in the top left menu).

You don't have to upload to pic8 first. It's built in the submit post page.

I realize that, I just showed the function in case the person could use it to mute now, instead of waiting for a fix to occur.

I use Brave browser (Firefox is cucked btw no offense). So I hope it is a good temp fix too.
