This is normal to prevent mass voting.
I understand. Thank you.
I was testing to see if I could speed up catching up on the previous ~12 hours or so of posts in all/new that had been made since my previous visit by consolidating the task for efficiency.
Instead of stop and go while scrolling all/new to read articles, look at pictures and upvote things I like from the all/new listings as I usually do, I was testing out just scrolling and hitting save on everything that looked interesting from the past ~12 hours. Gradually loading up 12 hours worth of posts in endless scrolling really bogs down the page for me and causes it to stall out now and then. I wanted to see if using "Saved Pages" as a sort of "read later" list could work and save me some time as I could view the articles/images of interest to me one after another, unsave the uninteresting ones and upvote interesting ones as I went down them.
As viewing an article or picture someone links doesn't require entering into the post most of the time unless I am interested in seeing what others have to say about an article or a picture, I think the extra time of needing to load into the post to upvote it from Saved Pages causes the task to take more time than my usual stop and go reading from all/new...unless I stop upvoting things I like, which would make using Saved Posts as a "read later" list much faster!
I'll just stick with stop and go on all/new for now.
Thanks, AOU.
