But we aren't in a perfect world and some paid shills are abusing free speech to slide and drive away users. So the level 6 limit to be able to comment/reply to someone who blocked you (and they won't even get notified) is fair enough and prevents them from creating more alts to only shitcomment in posts or threads they have been blocked.
