I don't see it that way at all. One user I block,engrish_is_hard I'm sure is a nice guy. He's never been shitty to me, I just don't personally enjoy his shtick- it doesn't add anything to my experience to see purposefully constructed pseudo-ESL sentences. I'm sure some people find it hilarious. The block button just means that I won't have to waste time reading something that isn't likely to improve my time on the site.
It doesn't stop Engrish from speaking (and it shouldn't.) Just me from hearing it.
