It still shows div.sidebarlists.head{ pointer-events: none;} for me as well on inspecting it.
For me the sub-link still is no link.
Wait, now I've looked, and it's a link in the HTML, but I can't click on it. Strange...
Clear your caches
I'm using torbrowser, which deletes it's cache at every restart. I can't click on the link, and caching isn't the issue.
Besides, if outdated caching is a problem, you could set a max-age for cached files. Look here (web.dev) for some HTTP headers that might help.
