Tested on Waterfox E3, doesn't work. Firefox 85.0.2 (64-bit) it spasses out if you sometimes get it to work, then doesn't work when you hit the back button.
I'm not insane.
It gets weirder, you can keep mousing over it and sometimes some will register as a link.
