The user block feature has been adjusted to users above level 10. It costs resources(aka it cost poal money) so we had to limit it to users who actually post/comment and engage with the community.

I like it, I like it, how bout a feature where we can spend points putting stickers on comments... like sliding a dollar in a g-string!
