The user block feature has been adjusted to users above level 10. It costs resources(aka it cost poal money) so we had to limit it to users who actually post/comment and engage with the community.

Translation: A stupid feature, whereby a butthurt poster can block other people from commenting and pointing out their bullshit, is now limited to the most prolific posters. Rejoice, qtards!
