Does the block button block a blocked user's alts too?
It doesn't but if they use alts, the algorithm will eventually catch them and they will lose their main account (alts included).
So you ban people for using alts? That seems reasonable....

If this place is so full of alts that some people deciding to block 50 people with all their alts results in a sharp decline in the site's userbase, then we've already got a big problem.
