So, if I opt to sort by new on a sub that default sorts by hot, does the individual sub save my settings when I go back, or do I have to select new every time?
I usually focus on all/new anyway, so that’s less of a problem, but if my preference is always overridden every time I visit a sub, I’ll certainly be less likely to go back.

Sorry about that. Poal logo default link used to be hardcoded. It now is in sync with user's default post sorting settings.

Can you make also possible to override the subs settings set by owners? It''s very annoying when subs have posts set to other settings than the one I need. It will be extremely useful to save time.

The sorting in user subs belongs to their mods/owners.
The only feature users can disable is the custom CSS.
If you have a problem with the post sorting of a sub, you can discuss with their mod team.
