I must not have hit send on my last comment. I did try another browser, non chrome Opera Ver. 12.14. I went through every setting, even high vis, block view, everything and the caption will not show up. It does show up on the log in screen. Which I find odd. My Ublock Origin did an update 17 hours prior to my observation of this problem but I had seen posts asking for captcha between 7 to 15 hours before observation. And disabling Ublock did nothing though it was causing problems on other sites where disabling cures those problems but not here. I am at a complete loss for why this is still happening. It must be now close to 30 hours later after Ublock updates and I still can't find the problem.
