Update New comments (in posts you've visited or commented in) will now be highlighted with a blue border

This will make it way easier to spot them in long comment threads.

Also works with sorting and "load more".

The border of new highlighted comments will disappear after you'll reload/refresh the comment thread.

EDIT: (new +...) flag now works with endless scrolling!
