Yeah, I assumed that the intention was to avoid abuse... I'm just not sure how much it could be abused. It's really just glorified DMs right? Whats the worst that can happen? Someone goes report crazy and sends a bunch of reports? Seems like the person is self selecting themselves for a site ban at that point.
