Report has always been enabled for Red Barons (level 30 and up), you'll soon get to use it.
Ah... that would explain it. I remember when the feature was announced but apparently have never used it.
May I ask why we feel that this needs to be restricted to such a high user level? I have been here for years and I do not expect to hit red for a long time unless we see a user influx and higher average post scores etc. It seems to me that we would want the users to be able to contribute to the health of the site. Does the report functionality take any automatic action aside from sending notification to admins?
