You can create a new sub every time you level up.
Level 2 -> 1 sub
Level 3 -> 2 subs
Level 4 -> 3 subs
...
(limited to 30 subs per account)

Posts from blocked users don't show up anywhere, unless a direct link (to one of their posts) is shared in post's context/content or comments.
Comments from blocked users are folded/collapsed and dimmed so you still can still expand them to read other user's comments in a thread.
