I think it's mainly up b/c people will accidentally doxx themselves, but yeah if the name is gone I don't get the harm. Probably easier to clear a user out in entirety than partially.

edited my comment, like only half processed it. Yeah I don't see the harm in leaving the comment up if the name is gone from it.
