Update New sticky sidebar

It will now stay with you when you'll scroll.

Known issue Fixed: doesn't stick when scrolling in /all/new with Infinite Scroll enabled in user settings or when loading "more" comments at the bottom of a post.

Note: this feature is disabled for Mobile devices.

As usual, if you notice anything funny, leave a comment here.
