Fixed Exact Dates

Can the sidebar or somewhere else show the exact date of a post? I want to know how long its been since I wrote about achieving certain milestones and "a month ago" isnt cutting it. Even just on the main post would be enough.

Mouse over the posted or edited time is supposed to show the exact date (based on your OS timezone). It doesn't seem to work with the new collapse/expand code for comments.

I'll fix it later.

Edit: fixed (this feature doesn't work on mobile where "mouse over" isn't supported)
