I use dark mode on desktop if that matters. The text that has the link doesn't appear to be any different (not bold or colored) so you don't know they are there. The links do work, although not as an expando. When clicked they exit poal (no new tab) and take you directly to that link.

why not in a new tab?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. You can't open an expando in another tab.

what about visually unnoticeable?

Does it happen in default subs? If yes, can you post a screenshot?

Also, I just checked my settings and

Open external links in a new window

is checked.

The hyperlinks CSS is fixed already. Refresh your cache to see the changes.

Regarding the external links, I'll add a "target="_blank" in the expando class element.

I'll let you know when it's fixed.

Bear with me, I'm not very tech savy.

On Win10/Chrome. Did ctrl-R and even exited Poal and re-entered. Now when I mouse over the hyperlinks in the "page" expando, the cursor does change and the text highlights/boldens. The hyperlinked text is still unnoticeable (no bold/color) that the text is a hyperlink unless I do mouse over them.

I do want to add how much I, and I'm sure all poalrbears, appreciate that you not only respond so quickly but address concerns. It is indeed a treat to have you paying attention to the site, Thank You!

If you click on the hyperlink in the "page" expando it will exit poal and go to that link instead of opening the link in a new tab.

2 of the songs mentioned are hyperlinks and are visible as such when you go into that post. Even there, they don't open as an expando but exit poal and open the link.
