This has been an issue since I joined here. Let me describe further.
Browsing thread X when I see user Y replied to my comment. Upvote the comment. Arrow turns geen, upvote count increments (+0 to +1).
Later check my inbox and see a bunch of replies.
Looking at previous user Y reply to my comment it shows +1 point but not green arrow that I up voted. So I upvote to ensure I give a little love for replying. +1 turns to +0. No change in arrow color.
Now I'm like Fuck! It was me who was the sole upvoter, better upvote again. So click arrow, +0 changes to +1 and arrow turns green.
Not a big problem, but an annoyance I've run into many times now, so thought I should properly document the issue.
