Do you have a dev mode where you can disable/remove some elements?
Maybe Joogle Chrome doesn't support the <noscript> tag and even if it's hidden it could cover the entire menu with the paragraph element <p> that contains the error message.

Mobile Safari has devtools but you must access them with the phone connected to the computer through desktop Safari.
