Chrome mobile also has developer tools accessible through a desktop browser. Not sure about Firefox mobile. But if it requires a desktop PC to be used, it defeats its purpose to be accessible on the go.

I added a max-width of 155px (logo's width) to the pure-menu div that contains the href so it won't cover the entire menu on some mobile browsers.
