1) ALL button should be labeled "POAL" or something more descriptive or changed to a sub ALL, it seems like it means ALL for the sub

But since there's a poal logo that goes to new and the home button goes to hot, is there any reason for ALL?

1) a) all button has inline code that can't be customized, it's not aligned properly with the rest of the links

2) Can't change padding on (.sortpostsbuttons.pure-g a) links, left and right are different on the different links

Too much inline code.

Although the redundant button does not bother me, my closest guess is that it is for a bit more intuitive navigation.

Intuitive would be keeping the global links up top and the sub links together at the bottom.
