After adding some fancy features to and (floating action buttons), I have hit the 20K character wall in .

For now, I might be able to stay under 20000 characters by digging in the code and looking where I can rewrite it in a way that spares some characters.

But that can only go so far.

I have seen custom stylesheets on Reddit and Voat that are in the 30KB-40KB range, so extending the character limit sounds reasonable to me.

Will a raise of the character limit be considered?

For now, I might be able to stay under 20000 characters by digging in the code and looking where I can rewrite it in a way that spares some characters. But that can only go so far. I have seen custom stylesheets on Reddit [(such as /r/Lounge)](/p/163728) and Voat that are in the 30KB-40KB range, so extending the character limit sounds reasonable to me. Will a raise of the character limit be considered?

I have already saved around 1 KB by deduplication of code and by removing some superfluos !important flags. Let's see how far it can go.

You could save even more by removing all the url links (external URLs aren't supported).

Yes, I was already planning to do that the next time I hit 20000 again.
