I can't possibly see any purpose for this request other than to target and harass people who block your subs, which of course defeats the purpose of blocking your sub.

I dont give a shit who blocks my subs, but when a sub is brand new there is always people who block it immediately, I dont see why you have a problem with it. I think we can see who downvotes now cant we? I never checked cause I really dont care who downvotes either.

But by silently blocking a sub, I haven't said anything.

Besides, your tone contradicts your claim that you don't give a shit about who blocks what.

Best I can recommend in this case is maybe that "blocker count" is useless tidbit and could be hidden from sight.
