Like explained in my other comment, you might be experiencing brief disconnection when new posts are pushed.
I've got a separate tab with a test account (experimental features enabled) and every single new post is showing up correctly.
IF you refresh your page and everything shows fine, that is a problem on your side.
I'll count it towards an issue on my side. Haven't noticed it until this morning so more than likely connectivity issues of some sort.
Let me know if it happens again. Try to check your browser's console/log when it does. You might see some errors related to Socket.io.
Confirmed that the issue was browser based. Was interfering with and throwing socket.io errors. Switched browsers and no further issues. Must have been a recent plugin update causing the issue.
