Can you do a pdf warning too?

What do you mean?

Since PDF are auto-downloaded and launched automatically most of the time, some people are fearful of PDFs. Also, the readers are known to have all sorts of vulnerabilities. Adding an icon saying that a link is to a PDF would be quite useful.

Tha k you for explaining, friend.
I often forget what audience I need to aim what I'm saying at.

I'm sort of surprised robot man didn't see what I was saying, but he typically has a lot on his plate, so I think he's easy to forgive.

That’s a good point.

Last night, I wanted to replace the external link icon with a PDF one, but I was too tired. Will do it this afternoon.

He is triggered by pdfs and wants a trigger warning so he can put on his extra absorbent panties

Thats good stuff.

Does your reader block embedded executables? That would be great. I presume it does.

[–] 1 pt

It automatically does it, since PDF files are loaded from an external source.

Sounds like a really easy way to just infect some peoples' machines with a pdf wihout even opening a separate link.

Fake news.

The PDF opens in an iframe only after you click/tap the expando button. It’s the equivalent of opening its link in a new tab.

When you open a PDF in an iframe and it contains an executable file, you’ll get a warning that it has been blocked.

Poal now has all the viruses. Virii?

Since PDF files are opened in an iframe, embedded code can't be executed.
