A URL such as https://poal.co/login?next=%2Fp%2F132568%23rcomm-0 does redirect to the specified “next” URL after a successful login, but when visiting the URL while already logged in, it redirects to the home page instead.

Is that deliberate?

If not, I suggest fixing it.

I know.

But on most websites, it also auto-detects whether the user is already logged in, and if one is, then it also redirects to the target URL instead of the home page.

This could be useful for invitation links that encourage new users to log in before opening a page while redirecting already logged users to the intended target page instead of the home page.
