That's great! Hey, I have some I created back in the early days only because we didn't have anywhere to put related content. I'm not into sub hoarding, so wouldn't mind at all to be taken off as the owner and opening these to someone seriously interested in owning/modding with your new 'claim' system. No rush on this ... but the following could be put up for a claim or turned into system subs, if you're interested:
