Update New sidebar menu for Mobile

Check the top menu, there's a new "sidebar" button.

Tap on it to get access to all the sidebar's options/details of the page you are currently browsing.

The button will only show up when you are in a section/area/page that contains an actual sidebar.

Maybe it could be in a distinctive colour so that new visitors can find it with more ease.
