The second one is gonna take more resources since it has to check sub's mod(s) activity, or are you talking about inactive subs (no posts for months or no posts at all)?
Second one is a stretch, yes - it'd have to poll sub mod activity that meets criteria #2:
Subs where owners and all mod accounts have been MIA for at least 3 months.
It's conceivable that this report would only need to be run once per week, as infrequent as the turnover is.
