I take it, from your post title, that you can click on the top menu when you're not logged in. If so Boobs and AOU have a teeny tiny bug that Brave chooses to punish you with.

Opera beta works okay not logged in, on my elCheapo Samsung A10e.

Boobs figured it out, brave had a disable scripts setting that i turned off
