Why is that exactly?
To prevent trolls/shills from moving on new accounts when the ones they are using are blocked by too many people.
On the other hand, subs show (in their sidebar) how many people are subscribed and how many blocked them.
Yeah, but why does knowing followers mean nothing if you don't know who's blocked you?
Let's say a community has 200 active users.
If you have 50 followers, it won't mean much if your account is blocked by 150 people.
It will look popular to you, when in reality it will be a highly unpopular one.
