People who have read and acted on the communist manifesto have caused way more violence than people who have read manifestos of people who did shootings. It's clear that as far as the manifestos themselves go, they are not particularly dangerous, and are free speech.

That's why I said manifesto etc. My meaning was manifesto with some plan or threat for violence / terror type of thing.
