Been following hot wheels and constant efforts to prevent 8kun from coming up. If / when they (8kun) give up, who or what site will be next in Brennan's sights? Voat is already self quarantined , so maybe they start looking at Poal and harassing your hoster / ISP / dns provider / ddos service. Something to think about and consider adding into the TOS.

Free speech does not protect threats or open calls for attack on others. That is one of the reasons why Maxine Waters is currently an illigetimate "politician."

Agreed, but if they are not specific which my understanding of most of these manifestos has been they are not, then its is protected speech. What they do after posting them is another matter.

Agreed. Would telling your audience to "get in [their] face" and harass a set group of individuals be considered what I said in that regard, if said on national television by an elected official? Seems it would be to me.
