I knew a family that had this done. They were true heritage Americans who had mad money just from owning property that hand been handed down since Ohio was made a state. *edit I should add that the family was big into higher education and they were all lawyers and judges. So they made their own money as well, but I'm sure having that family backing didn't hurt.
