It is the not evergreens are staying! I do have a ton too do found so many problems are just moving in. I have to replace the entire electrical panel I just found out today, but I managed to rig it to get us through for a while. The deck needs work, one bathroom needs a toilet replaced/repaired, and thats not even it! I'm loving every second off it. I know I can fix all these things and don't have to wait for anyone to approve it.
