I used salt, oil, and a sponge-daddy with surprising ease and success.

The Chinese?

Just soak it in some warm water with some dish detergent

I got one on a nice Calaphon fry pan from The Anderson's years ago. Right on the bottom. I just cleaned it as best I could and cooked with it, it's still there - burnt on forever.

"Who the fuck put a sticker on the bottom of the pot?"

Chinks.

Most people would just smash this pot with a 3lb hammer and move on right? Just relax, take a deep breath and smash on the exhale. Problem solved. That'll be 5 dollars please.

Put some vegetable oil on it let it sit for a while.

Get better cookware. Seriously, dollar general has cast iron for cheap sometimes, including namebrand.

That looks like an aluminum nightmare. I soak stickers in hot soapy water, they usually slide ride off after an hour, then rub the rest of the adhesive off.

It'll buff burn out.

I'd just use it and the sticker will burn off.
