Small, quiet street in a very solid Italian/Irish neighborhood, the part of Philly where the people descended from European Immigrants work hard to keep out the Mexicans and Chinks. (((Landlord))) is 100% kike, but he seems to be reasonable (the place was clean enough to move into, a little renovation dust, and he offered to have it cleaned, but i waived that since I just want to get in). No bedbugs, a kitchen with two rooms, one which will function as a bedroom, and one which function as a (office? living room? altar?). There are many decisions to make. I am excited to have the chance to make them. Now I must buy a broom and a mop.
