There is a dollar general and a family dollar a few blocks from here right across the street from each other. I think im going to open up a hardware store because thats what i really fucking need.
The two stores seem to go hand in hand. More dollar general locations though.
Seems like there is no way they could both survive since they overlap so much. On the plus side all the employees of both are white and they keep them fairly clean. The nearest hardware store is a 20 minute drive away though and i visit it more than the dollar general or the family dollar.
I definitely take hardware stores for granted. Why do they close so damn early! (At least the ones I keep living near).
I can always drive 25 minutes to Lowe’s or Walmart I guess. But I usually enjoy the small hardware store experience more.
