Arent there 2,000+ food processing facilities in the US?
And how often is there damage to them? What does "destroyed" mean, just some damage, or completely shut down for months?
There's a lot. Not like a few make a huge dent. Unless it's of a type that there are only a few. I heard something about changing laws on crossing state lines with beef.
I would like to see this map overlayed over a map of all food processing plants. There are food processing plants all over the place.
